I rely on customer reviews of services in San Antonio, since I am originally not from around here and otherwise wouldn't know who to call. The previous reviews were no exaggeration. These guys are really great! I called the day before Christmas Eve for a non-emergent faucet leak, and they were willing and able to fix it with-in hours! Reasonably priced, and completely honest. They even told me the estimate of labor costs over the phone, without me having to ask. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and good price...I definitely will be calling Roland's again for future plumbing needs!

I called Roland's Plumbing based on reviews I read on City Search. I was very, very pleased. I explained the problem to Roland. The valve for my gas fireplace was leaking. He said he would have it taken care of today. Luis and Angel arrived at my home within the hour. They were very knowledgable. They thoroughly explained all the options and allowd me to decide which was best for my situation. They did not try to talk me into the most expensive option. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. They completed the job very quickly. They were very professional. I will definitely be a return customer.

We had a ball valve break in our front yard. Thankfully, I found Roland's Plumbing Service with some fantastic reviews. It was about 6:30 on a Wednesday evening and we were desperate to get the problem fixed. Roland was able to have Luis out to our house withing the hour (Luis actually showed up much earlier than he thought he would) and had the job done in about 45 minutes. Incredibly knowledgable and great service! I think we've found our knew plumber!
